DO YOU QUALIFY TO RENT ONE OF THESE PROPERTIES?
To qualify to rent one of these properties applicants:
1. Must be able to proceed immediately.
2. Be over 25 years of age.
3. Live or work in the Local area
4. Must not have individual incomes in excess of £40,000 and in the case of joint applicants must not exceed £40,000.
5. Must not own any other properties or have their name(s) on a mortgage.
6. Must not have any bad debts as Landlord will not accept Guarantors.
7. Must be in full time employment and be able to afford the rent.
RENTAL PROCESS
Applicants who wish to proceed need to submit an application to the Housing Association who will decided if you match their criteria (see above). You will then need to complete a reference process which allows us to carry out credit checks and apply for references.

c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent

e) Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
